Ideas for setting your Thanksgiving table

For those who love to entertain, Thanksgiving is the king of all entertaining holidays!  There are days of prep work, an extensive menu, and lots of fun ways to decorate.  At More Than Paper, we have some great ideas for setting your Thanksgiving table for those that really embrace this holiday.
